YSM Track Assembly
For our track links and chains, YSM utilizes premium 35MnB and 40Mn2 steel. Through a combination of chemical melting, tempering, and surface induction hardening, we achieve a favorable hardness of HRC 52-58 with higher heat-treatment depth of 5 to 8 millimeters, providing maximum resistance to chain stretching and cracking.
For our track shoes, we use higher standard 25MnB steel, hardened to HRC 42-49 to deliver high bending resistance and traction on rocky terrains. Every component is engineered to avoid the internal defects like sand inclusions or air holes, guaranteeing excellent structural under high-stress working conditions.
YSM Rotating Parts(Track Rollers, Carrier Rollers, Idlers & Sprocket)
Rotational components require higher wear resistance and flawless sealing to prevent most of the operational malfunction and failures. YSM track rollers, carrier rollers, and idlers are manufactured using heavy-duty forging and special casting with 40Mn, 45Mn, and 50Mn steel. We apply precise surface induction hardening to achieve greater wear-resistant , YSM enhance heat-treatment deep into 5 to 10 millimeters with a hardness rating of HRC 50-56. This deep hardening ensures the components can withstand high friction and worse environments, delivering between 2000 to 5,000 working hours under tough job site conditions. Furthermore, our sprockets and segments are precision cast from 35Mn2 and 50Mn steel, featuring a deep profile hardening up to 12 millimeters to prevent the frequently broken under continuous rotation.

At YSM, CNC machining delivers micron-level tolerance for all track pins, bushes, and high-tensile fasteners like track bolts and nuts. This tight setting precision ensures that components align perfectly, preventing excessive chain stretching or sprocket misalignment. To eliminate oil leakage entirely, our roller frames feature perfectly machined sealing seats paired with premium duo-cone seals, locking lubricants in and keeping dirt out for the entire lifetime of the part.
