This warranty does not cover defects as a result of:
1. Conditions arising from either incorrect ftting, assembly, alterations or repairs of our products by
the original purchaser or third parties or their improper use, misuse, overloading, abuse,
negligence, vandalism, use in competitive activities, collision or accidents, or lack of reasonable or
adequate maintenance;
2. Normal wear or abrasion of products, such as cuts, tears or snags;
3.Damage by sharp or hard objects such as metal sheeting etc;
4.Items subject to failure as a result of ambient conditions, for example: deterioration of
rubber by oils, chemicals, fire or excessive heat etc.;
5.The cost of engaging a mechanic (time and travel expenses), towing or transport costs and
distance allowances;
6.Incidents beyond the manufacturer's control (such as frost, flood, war, strikes etc.).
