Product Description
Our carrier rollers use the best coated sand technology and 40mn2 steel. In addition, for bulldozer carrier rollers used in mining mines, they are also heat treated to further increase the hardness.

We use 40Mn2 original steel for forging, which has excellent density. After heat treatment, the hardness can reach 50-55. Additionally, we employ friction welding technology imported from Japan to ensure perfect balance. Furthermore, our copper bushings are sourced from the best domestic COB copper, which, despite being slightly more expensive, offers unmatched durability.
