Failure to check the tension of the crawler in time. Too loose the crawler will cause wear; when walking, the crawler, the guide wheel and the supporting wheel are not in a straight line, which can cause gnawing and derailment, and damage the crawler. When there is soil and gravel in the excavator crawler, the angle between the excavator arm and the stick arm should be changed to keep it within 90°~110°; then the bottom of the bucket is placed on the ground and one side The crawler is suspended and rotated several times to make the soil or gravel in the crawler completely separate from the crawler, and then manipulate the boom to make the crawler fall back to the ground. Similarly, operate the other crawler.

In the four-wheel area, when the excavator turns, you should manipulate the excavator arm and the stick arm to maintain an included angle of 90°~110°, and push the bottom circle of the bucket on the ground to raise the two front ends of the excavator. Side crawlers, make them 10㎝~20㎝ off the ground and then control the one-sided crawler to drive, and at the same time control the excavator to turn, so that the excavator can turn (if the excavator turns to the left, control the right crawler to walk, and at the same time Operate the swing joystick to swing to the right).

If the goal is not achieved once, you can operate it again according to this method until the goal is achieved. This operation can reduce the friction between the crawler and the ground and the resistance of the road, so that the crawler is not easily damaged. When the machine is maintained, check the tension of the crawler, maintain the normal tension of the crawler, and add grease to the crawler tension cylinder in time.

In the four-wheel area, when checking, drive the machine a certain distance (about 4 meters) and then stop. As shown in the figure below, measure the large distance between the upper surface of the track and the ground on the long pole (Sany excavator generally specifies 10~30mm for excavators). If it exceeds the specified size, grease must be added.
