There are two main parts of track shoe wear: the raceway surface and the track pin hole. It is very simple to repair. After the raceway is worn out, a groove is sunk. When the depth does not exceed 2 to 3 mm, it can be directly welded to fill it up. When the wear is deep, steel bars of different sizes can be filled in the groove according to the specific situation, and then welded firmly from all sides. After the pin hole is enlarged, the original size and the center position of the original hole should be restored. For this purpose, the worn pin hole can be cut open, inserted into a standard size pin, and then heated to about 800 ℃, and then the edge of the ear is rolled up. Add a semi-circular iron plate to the outside of the cut and weld it firmly by electric welding. The track shoes repaired in this way can be used continuously for more than 100 shifts.
